- 5 years of Oracle DBA experience in a production, OLTP environment
- Working experience with RAC technology
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Unix shell scripting
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with running Oracle DB under Linux
